If you want a fast and concise review this is the book for you. Covers a lot of areas and educates you as you read. Good investment of your time and money.
This book delivers good information in straight forward manor. overall I would highly recommend this book to beginner anglers as a guide/how to. The organization of the book is good. and there are some good illustrations depicting rig sets etc. as well as those with more experience as a reference book. It was so good I sat and read it cover to cover right after I opened the package.
Fishing Basics I bought it for our Grandson who saw it at his school library and really liked it. He loves fishing at the age of 8. Spends hours at our pond or at the lake.
This is a must have if you are new to fishing. I had lots of fun reading this book, the illustrations are great. I have been fishing for a couple of years, but learned a lot form this book. Ps. it only takes a couple of hours to read the whole book.
I just began fishing. I purchased this book at a great price and in excellent condition from Amazon, but was not impressed by the contents. The diagrams are confusing and the material just seems outdated. This did not help me at all learning to fish.
